Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document comprehensive game mechanics, systems, and user experiences
- Lead prototype development and playtesting sessions with cross-functional teams
- Create detailed design documents, wireframes, and interactive mockups
- Collaborate with artists and engineers to implement design vision
- Balance game difficulty and progression through data-driven iteration
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers and establish design standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years professional game design experience with shipped titles
- Expertise in Unity/Unreal Engine and C#/Blueprint scripting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published mobile/PC games
- Strong understanding of player psychology and monetization models
- Proficiency in Figma, Spine, and game analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience leading design for live-service games preferred
- Relevant degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or equivalent
