Syarikat Yoong Onn is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead our Advertising & Promotions (A&P) and Events Department. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our visual identity, managing end-to-end design lifecycles from conceptualization to final implementation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, monitor, and execute high-impact advertising campaigns that resonate with our target market. Tanggung Jawab
- Spearhead the A&P and Events creative department to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and promotional strategies to boost brand visibility.
- Conceptualize and design high-quality digital and print assets, including brochures, banners, social media content, and event collateral.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring all materials meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future design strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, external agencies, and internal marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing events.
- Mentor junior design team members to foster a culture of creativity and professional excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or corporate marketing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead departmental planning and implementation.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
