- Develop and execute comprehensive design concepts for digital platforms, marketing collateral, and brand assets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual solutions with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery within tight deadlines
- Conduct design reviews and implement feedback to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience with strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging designs
- Exceptional communication skills with experience collaborating with remote teams
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects/Final Cut)
