We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive to spearhead end-to-end human resources operations for our Batam-based entity. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments
- Manage employee relations programs, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration and benchmarking
- Drive performance management systems and talent development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, Ketenagakerjaan)
- Coordinate training programs and organizational development activities
- Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in workforce efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Proven track record in managing HR operations in manufacturing/service sectors
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable
