Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot marketing automation workflows and CRM strategies
- Develop and execute multi-channel email campaigns with advanced segmentation and personalization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and ROI improvements
- Create and maintain HubSpot playbooks for sales enablement and lead nurturing processes
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools via APIs and Zapier for seamless data flow
- Lead HubSpot system audits, data hygiene initiatives, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior team members on HubSpot best practices and marketing automation principles
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with Marketing/Sales Hub certifications
- Proven track record of developing complex automation workflows and lead scoring systems
- Expertise in HTML/CSS for landing page optimization and email template design
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting tools
- Experience implementing CRM strategies for B2B SaaS or tech companies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment
