Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document multifinance/banking business processes using BPMN, UML, and flowchart methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit, validate, and prioritize functional/non-functional requirements
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and system specifications
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution implementation meets business objectives
- Create test scenarios and validate system functionality against requirements
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in multifinance or banking domains
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, interviews)
- Strong understanding of financial systems, KYC/AML processes, and banking regulations
- Experience with Agile/SDLC methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation and process modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or banking domain certifications) preferred
