Are you an experienced IT leader with deep expertise in ERP systems? Yafindo Global Investment is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior IT & ERP Manager to spearhead our national technology operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary architect and custodian of our ERP ecosystem, specifically Orlansoft, ensuring that our digital infrastructure scales effectively with our business growth.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution. You will lead the IT team, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure maximum system uptime and data integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the IT department to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Orlansoft ERP, managing configurations, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization.
- Design and implement IT strategies that streamline operational processes and improve inter-departmental data flow.
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols, data backup, and disaster recovery plans are strictly enforced.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional technical specifications for custom modules or system enhancements.
- Manage relationships with external software vendors and IT service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT management with at least 5 years specifically working with Orlansoft ERP.
- Strong background in database management (SQL) and system integration.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of business processes, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
