Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment.
- Perform on-site system upgrades and perform regular maintenance checks.
- Manage and prioritize IT service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security patches and software updates.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve technology adoption and proficiency.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT field support or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for field visits.
