Are you a social media powerhouse with a passion for influencer marketing? Hygr Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior KOL Specialist to join our growing team in Shah Alam. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for scouting, negotiating, and managing relationships with top-tier Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable growth.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our brand and the most influential voices in the digital space. We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage campaigns, but acts as a brand strategist—identifying trends, building authentic partnerships, and ensuring every collaboration delivers a high return on investment. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of KOLs and influencers across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Develop and execute high-impact influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and deliverables to ensure cost-efficiency and brand safety.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future collaborations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creators to secure brand advocacy.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop content briefs that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes to keep our strategy competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer management or KOL marketing.
- Strong network of existing KOL/influencer contacts in the Malaysian market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tracking tools and campaign analytics.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of current social media trends.
