Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development with React and Node.js
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong backend experience with Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of architecting scalable web applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Leadership experience in agile development environments
