Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute automated email and SMS lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, retention, and reactivation stages.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and data to optimize funnel conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, subject lines, and audience segments to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure data hygiene and segmentation accuracy.
- Develop creative content that resonates with diverse user personas and drives engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Email Marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a remote environment and adapting to flexible schedules (Night Shift).
- Proven track record of managing complex customer journey maps.
