- Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with organizational mission and goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing communications campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, NGOs, and community organizations
- Oversee volunteer management programs and stakeholder relationship cultivation
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement
- Represent the organization at public forums, media engagements, and industry events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in community engagement or corporate communications with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful engagement campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management experience with diverse community groups
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret engagement data and ROI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or non-profit sector highly desirable
