Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for consumer insights and strategic partnership? NielsenIQ is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success to join our Consumer Panel Services (CPS) team in Pasig City. In this high-impact role, you will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging the gap between complex data analytics and actionable business strategy for our diverse clientele.

As a Senior Manager, you won't just manage accounts; you will be a growth partner. You will collaborate closely with the Sales division to pitch innovative solutions to new clients, demonstrate the value of our CPS methodology, and ensure that our partners achieve long-term success through data-driven decision-making. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the internal and external Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Consumer Panel Services (CPS) products and methodologies.
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify, prospect, and pitch CPS solutions to potential high-value clients.
  • Lead strategic business reviews to ensure clients are extracting maximum value from NielsenIQ data assets.
  • Develop and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Analyze complex market trends and translate them into compelling narratives that drive client strategy.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address challenges to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional product and data science teams to customize service delivery based on specific client requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within the Market Research or FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of consumer panel data, retail landscape, and market measurement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence senior-level executives and navigate complex procurement or sales cycles.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
