Telenor Asia is seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager or Director of Public Affairs & Communications to join our regional leadership team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our strategic communication narratives, managing stakeholder relationships, and safeguarding our reputation across the diverse and dynamic Asian telecommunications landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive public affairs and corporate communication strategies that align with Telenor Asia’s business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for government relations, regulatory advocacy, and industry policy influence across Asian markets.
- Oversee internal and external communication campaigns to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Manage crisis communication, media relations, and reputation management protocols to mitigate regional risks.
- Collaborate with local business units to ensure consistent messaging and policy alignment across diverse jurisdictions.
- Drive public advocacy initiatives focusing on digital transformation, sustainability, and connectivity innovation.
- Provide strategic counsel to regional executives on public policy trends and potential social impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in public affairs, corporate communications, or government relations, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing policy outcomes in Asia.
- Exceptional command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape, digital policy trends, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and lead cross-cultural teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing high-pressure situations.
