- Design and implement comprehensive charging mechanisms and billing systems for clinical services
- Develop standardized data collection templates for finance, collections, and invoicing operations
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
- Oversee revenue cycle management including accounts receivable and collections processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and internal control frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with clinical operations
- Mentor finance professionals and manage departmental performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Healthcare finance experience with exposure to billing/collections systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial data modeling
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and process optimization
- Demonstrated leadership in managing finance teams and cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations (MOH, NHG policies)
