Are you a strategic leader passionate about hydration and brand growth? Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Hydration & Powerade to drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for our iconic Powerade brand in the Philippines.
In this pivotal role, you will operate as a strategic individual contributor, orchestrating marketing initiatives from concept to execution. You will leverage deep consumer insights to build brand equity, manage complex budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading results. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Hydration and Powerade marketing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage the brand P&L, including budget allocation, forecasting, and cost control.
- Oversee the development and launch of innovative marketing campaigns and product activations.
- Drive consumer engagement through data-driven insights and market research.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain market leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
