In this pivotal role, you will operate as a strategic individual contributor, orchestrating marketing initiatives from concept to execution. You will leverage deep consumer insights to build brand equity, manage complex budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading results. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the market through innovative campaigns, seamless execution, and data-driven decision-making. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Hydration and Powerade marketing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Manage the brand P&L, including budget allocation, forecasting, and cost control.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
