Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles for assigned research directorates.
- Provide decision support to senior management through insightful financial analysis, scenario modeling, and investment evaluation.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess project feasibility, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enhance reporting and uncover trends and risks.
- Partner with business heads to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets, offering proactive recommendations.
- Conduct variance analysis and communicate key findings to non-financial stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Support internal controls and ensure compliance with funding, governance, and statutory requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior finance analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications (CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA) are highly desirable.
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), management reporting, or strategic finance. Experience in the public sector, R&D, or a complex multi-stakeholder environment is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong business acumen with the proven ability to partner with, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise stories.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Oracle) and knowledge of Government budgeting frameworks are advantageous.
