Straits Retail Property Management Services is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager/Manager, Marcoms (Partnerships & Integrated Marketing) to join our forward-thinking team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of high-impact brand collaborations and integrated marketing campaigns designed to elevate our shopping mall loyalty programs.
You will play a critical role in shaping how our shoppers interact with our retail destinations. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative storytelling, you will drive customer engagement, accelerate acquisition, and foster long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional partnership management skills, and a proven track record in executing omni-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business results in the competitive retail landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies to drive footfall and member acquisition for mall loyalty programs.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with lifestyle brands, banks, and merchants to enhance the shopper value proposition.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from ideation and budget planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, retail operations, and leasing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Analyze customer data and behavioral insights to optimize marketing performance and improve ROI.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners to ensure all deliverables align with corporate brand guidelines and timelines.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in integrated marketing, partnerships, or brand management, preferably within the retail, real estate, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining high-level partnerships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing metrics, CRM tools, and loyalty program management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
