Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive organic traffic.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website optimization, product management, and checkout processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Oversee social media presence and content strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and e-commerce management, preferably within the outsourcing or tech industry.
- Proven experience managing online revenue growth and leading marketing teams.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
