In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing holistic marketing communication strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead the charge in crafting our brand voice, managing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This includes overseeing ATL and BTL activities, managing digital content, coordinating with PR agencies, and analyzing market trends to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment. You will mentor junior team members, manage budgets, and report directly on the ROI of communication initiatives. Your deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, particularly in the fashion and retail sector, will be crucial in tailoring messages that resonate and convert.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing communication plans to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage the end-to-end production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Oversee daily social media operations, content calendar, and community engagement across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Build and nurture relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers to secure positive coverage and brand endorsements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal communications and cross-departmental projects to ensure unified brand messaging.
- Manage the marketing communication budget, track expenses, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Proficient in project management and familiar with creative production processes.
- Highly creative with an excellent eye for visual and textual content.
- Having an established network of media and influencer contacts is a significant advantage.
