Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events, trade shows, and industry functions from concept to completion
- Develop and oversee content creation for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials
- Drive brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role
- Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Malay and Chinese are advantages)
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms, social media schedulers) and CRM systems
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Experience in the IT/hosting industry is a plus
