- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, short-form videos, and copy for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and product launches.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools to optimize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
- Manage community interactions, fostering a positive brand image and deepening customer relationships.
- Oversee the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
- Excellent command of English and Malay, with superior copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
