Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies integrating digital and traditional media channels.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content calendar planning, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Plan and oversee offline marketing initiatives, including events, print collateral, and retail activations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI on all promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and consumer behavioral trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM principles).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving and campaign evaluation.
