- Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI to optimize marketing spend
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of marketing experience with FMCG or beauty industry specialization
- Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools and data interpretation
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, and content strategy
