Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Steel Ball products, specifically targeting the mining and manufacturing sectors.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market share, secure strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle management, from concept development to market launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales, production, and supply chain teams to ensure marketing messages accurately reflect product quality and capabilities.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns and events.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and professional networking events to build brand authority.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing management, business development, or sales within the manufacturing or mining industry.
- Strong proven track record of developing successful marketing plans and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of the steel ball production process and the industrial supply chain.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Willingness to travel domestically for business meetings and industry events.
