Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential merchants across various industries to expand our platform's offerings
- Develop and execute strategies for merchant acquisition, focusing on high-value partnerships
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Present our platform's value proposition and negotiate mutually beneficial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new merchants
- Track and analyze acquisition metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or merchant acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and various business sectors
- Experience working with e-commerce or digital payment platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
