Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with OEM manufacturers and internal R&D to develop and optimize nutritional product formulations.
- Ensure all products comply with Singapore HSA regulations and other local regulatory requirements.
- Provide scientific and nutritional expertise to guide product innovation and improvement.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews to support product development and claims.
- Manage nutritional labeling and ensure accuracy of health claims.
- Work closely with marketing teams to translate nutritional science into consumer-friendly messaging.
- Monitor local and international regulatory trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor junior nutritionists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a nutrition or product development role, preferably in the dietary supplement or food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore HSA regulations and ASEAN food supplement directives.
- Experience working with OEM manufacturers and managing formulation projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret scientific data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Certification as a Registered Nutritionist (e.g., SNB, SNDA) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with formulation databases.
