Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal sales teams to coordinate shipments.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively resolve any delays or issues to minimize disruption.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and managing expectations.
- Analyze shipping data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of air and sea freight processes, Incoterms, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export procedures in Singapore and international markets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
