BuiltaMart is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive our business expansion through innovative product strategies. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll own the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and market research to development, launch, and optimization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and exceed business objectives, while leveraging data analytics to make informed decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, prioritizing features based on market analysis and business goals
- Conduct competitive research and customer interviews to identify market opportunities and pain points
- Define product roadmap and KPIs, aligning with company vision and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches
- Analyze product performance metrics to iterate and improve user experience and engagement
- Develop product documentation including user stories, requirements, and specifications
- Manage stakeholder communication and presentations to executive leadership
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years in a senior role
- Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in construction or supply chain industry highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
