Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for MEPS+ and other strategic national payment systems, from conceptualization to deployment and continuous enhancement.
- Drive the successful execution of high-impact national payment initiatives, aligning project deliverables with MAS's strategic vision for a robust and efficient financial sector.
- Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, industry bodies, and technology partners, to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and user stories in collaboration with engineering, operations, and policy teams.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and ensure system relevance.
- Ensure all payment system developments adhere to stringent regulatory standards, security protocols, and operational resilience requirements.
- Evaluate and onboard new technologies and vendors to optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on payment system architecture, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to senior management and project teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a closely related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile PM) are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in product management within the financial services sector, with a significant focus on payment systems, core banking, or financial market infrastructure.
- Demonstrable expertise with interbank payment systems, Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) systems like MEPS+, SWIFT, or other critical national payment mechanisms.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, large-scale technology projects, particularly those involving national financial initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of the global and local payments landscape, including regulatory frameworks, FinTech innovations, and emerging trends (e.g., CBDC, ISO 20022).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to product development.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions across diverse groups.
