Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
- Perform routine calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to strict technical specifications.
- Analyze production data and escalate technical anomalies to engineering teams for prompt resolution.
- Adhere strictly to Cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and operational SOPs at all times.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of junior technicians to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Document production activities and maintenance logs accurately in the company’s management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a production or maintenance role, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shift schedules as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing cross-functional team.
