Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for data center construction, retrofitting, and fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and prepare detailed progress reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity and minimize delays.
- Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Control project costs and financial reporting to maximize value for the client.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the IT infrastructure or data center sector.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution systems (UPS), cooling, fire safety, and cabling.
- Proven experience in managing large capital projects and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
