- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution throughout construction phases

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in high-rise construction project management
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Proven expertise in managing complex building projects with multi-million budgets
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and building codes
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
