Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for seller development initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across tech, operations, and marketing domains
- Define project scope, timelines, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure deliverable quality
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and vendor management
- Drive continuous improvement in seller onboarding and engagement processes
- Conduct post-project analysis and documentation of best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or tech
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience with seller ecosystem management or platform operations
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
