As our Senior QA Engineer II, you won't just be "checking for bugs"—you will be the architect of our quality culture. You will lead a team of SDETs to ensure our software solutions are not only functional but exceptional. At Mid Solutions Nusantara, we value precision and innovation, and we are looking for a strategic leader to drive our QA engineering initiatives forward.
In this role, you will define the testing strategy, design automated frameworks, and collaborate closely with product managers and developers to reduce technical debt. You will be responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance process, from unit testing reviews to complex load testing scenarios. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the QA strategy, defining testing methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Mentor and coach a team of SDETs, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
- Integrate automated testing directly into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for defects and implement long-term preventive measures.
- Perform performance, load, and security testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of API testing (REST, SOAP) and database querying (SQL).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
