Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and execute end-to-end research projects, from proposal development to final presentation.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative data analysis to uncover key market trends and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse data streams and provide holistic recommendations.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and support senior team members in winning new client accounts.
  • Draft compelling research reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear business strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior research team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded on every engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or data analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end research projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in research tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a focus on data visualization and presentation.
  • Strong project management skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a keen interest in business development.
