Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and operational continuity.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential threats to daily business operations.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate risk mitigation practices into standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding compliance awareness and risk identification.
- Manage incident response and contingency planning to minimize operational disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CRM/CRMP is a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and standard risk management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software tools.
- Strong integrity and professional ethics.
