Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Jakarta region.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and high-value strategic partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to foster a high-performance sales culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development within the corporate sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a strong corporate network to generate leads and close deals.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a focus on client retention.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred for client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
