Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective canvassing strategies to expand our client base in assigned territories.
- Conduct professional, face-to-face presentations to potential customers to explain product benefits.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through active field research and community engagement.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales materials and messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in direct sales, canvassing, or field marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the local Jakarta market dynamics.
