Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for specialty chemical products.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the personal care and cosmetic manufacturing sector.
- Provide technical consultation to R&D and formulation teams regarding the application of silicones, preservatives, and active ingredients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and sample coordination to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts in the chemical personal care industry.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal supply chain and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the personal care, cosmetic, or specialty chemical industry.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical ingredients, including silicones, UV filters, and preservative systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed ambitious sales KPIs.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professional integrity and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit client manufacturing facilities and laboratories.
