Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for the FMCG industry? Pandurasa Kharisma is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Data Analyst to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will transform complex sales metrics into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency for our food distribution network.
The ideal candidate is an expert in data visualization and statistical forecasting who understands the nuances of the FMCG market. You will work closely with sales leadership to monitor KPIs, identify market trends, and refine our distribution strategy to ensure we stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive sales dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities within the food distribution sector.
- Build and refine sales forecasting models to support inventory planning and supply chain accuracy.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, providing regular performance updates to the management team.
- Partner with regional sales managers to provide insights for territory optimization and performance incentives.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM and ERP systems by performing regular audits and streamlining reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and SQL.
- Strong experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying patterns and anomalies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
