Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical and industrial sectors in Jakarta.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term client retention.
- Deliver professional technical presentations on product specifications for LED, LCD, and robotic machinery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic territory planning.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of consumable products.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for the senior management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the electrical or industrial consumables market.
- Strong technical knowledge of LED/LCD technology, industrial cabling, and automated machinery.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for technical client interactions.
- Strong network of contacts within the construction or manufacturing sectors in the Greater Jakarta area.
