Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and operational plans to meet and exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with parents, partners, and educational institutions to ensure customer retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and coaching to the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations departments to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts with overall organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving targets in the education or consultancy sector.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
