Our client, a premier player in the construction sector, is seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market share in the Jakarta region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure high-rise construction projects.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property developers and architectural firms.
- Oversee the end-to-end tendering and bidding process, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Demonstrated experience specifically with high-rise or large-scale commercial building projects.
- Strong technical understanding of construction project lifecycles and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and complex sales pipelines.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
