Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Optimize sales processes to increase conversion rates and improve customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English (professional proficiency).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
