Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle for motorcycle parts, from initial client engagement to contract closure
  • Manage and prioritize RFQs across diverse customer segments (dealers, workshops, distributors)
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies to capture market share in Jakarta and surrounding regions
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align offerings with technical specifications and market demands
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and channel partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining margin integrity and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and pipeline reports for leadership review

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in automotive/motorcycle parts industry
  • Proven track record in developing new markets and achieving sales targets
  • Expertise in RFQ management, quotation preparation, and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and market data
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
  • Valid driver's license with motorcycle knowledge preferred
