Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver premium beauty treatments: manicures/pedicures, waxing, hair therapies, eyelash extensions, and therapeutic massages
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and salon sanitation protocols
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend treatments and products
- Manage client appointments efficiently while maximizing service quality
- Upsell premium services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction
- Stay updated with international beauty trends and techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless salon operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional salon therapy experience
- Certification in specialized treatments (eyelash extensions, advanced waxing)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport
