Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional spa treatments including massages, body scrubs, wraps, and aromatherapy sessions
- Conduct client consultations to customize treatments based on individual needs and preferences
- Maintain pristine treatment rooms and equipment according to hygiene standards
- Upsell premium spa packages and retail products to enhance client experiences
- Document client treatments and preferences in our wellness management system
- Collaborate with therapists and management to optimize service offerings
- Participate in regular training to master new techniques and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Certification in massage therapy or equivalent qualification from recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years professional spa or wellness center experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
