Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules (FI/CO) to meet retail industry requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects including blueprinting, testing, and deployment
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization of SAP financial systems
- Develop custom reports and interfaces using SAP BRF+ and ABAP
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Train internal users on SAP functionalities and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience with S/4HANA migration
- Deep expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR) and CO (PCA, COPA) modules
- Strong knowledge of retail industry business processes and requirements
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and data modeling for financial reporting
- Professional certification (SAP S/4HANA Financials preferred)
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
