Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SAP MM/WM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Provide expert guidance on SAP MM/WM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of SAP systems
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on SAP MM/WM functionality
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization services to enhance system performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MM/WM implementation and support
- Proven track record of leading SAP logistics projects in diverse industry environments
- Strong expertise in SAP MM/WM configuration, including inventory management, procurement, and warehouse processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in SAP MM/WM or related SAP modules is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior consultants
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP or Activate
